Stomped

“The Deepest Most Luxurious massage on the planet”

Introducing Stomped

Bars overhead supply support and stability for the practitioner. Gravity allows a deeper pressure through the soles of their feet. Bringing forth the birth of a modern backwalker.

Multiple cultures have utilized the feet throughout history and in modern times. The foot is the perfect tool. It provides a broad, soft surface that comfortably molds to the form of the body. A combination of different techniques come together to form this barefoot massage experience.

Pressure is gradually applied and can be adjusted throughout the session. One foot is used to patiently compress or elongate an area. Two feet are used to increase intensity or provide a stretch. Barefoot massage is more than a back massage, it is a full body affair.

“It doesn’t even feel like she is using her feet.”

Why get Stomped?

Barefoot massage, or ashiatsu, is unique in its application. The compressive forces go through the body reaching deeper layers of muscle, connective tissue, joint capsules, and boney attachment sites. A deeper tissue massage without the deep tissue feel.

The slow, gliding forces elongate larger muscle groups, decompress the spine, and ease stress induced holding patterns. The nervous system also has a chance to reach a calming state, allowing a deeply relaxing experience.

Gentle Rocking brings comfort. A soothing rhythm for the nerves; alleviating anxiety. Providing a soft mobilization for the joints. Gentle stretching may also be incorporated to assist trouble areas and retrain muscle fibers.

What does this mean for you?

You will leave feeling a deep level of relaxation, feeling tall and upright, and you will be able to move more comfortably than before.
